Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We operate from two fulfillment locations: our UK warehouse and our Far East studio.

For items stocked in our UK warehouse, orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours.  
Delivery within the UK usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, while international delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.

For items shipped from our Far East studio, a preparation and production time of 2–5 business days is required before dispatch.  
Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that in rare cases, delivery times may slightly exceed the estimated timeframe due to external factors.  
The final delivery time is subject to the actual tracking information provided by the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.
Will I receive an email after placing my order?
Yes. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your parcel has shipped, a second email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Size & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Selected styles may be available for custom sizing. Please contact our customer care team before placing your order if you need sizing guidance.
What if I am unsure about my size?
If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us with your measurements and the product name. We will be happy to help you find the most suitable fit.
Will the item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to ensure every piece reflects the design shown in our images. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of certain details.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, eligible items may be returned within the return period. We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before ordering to help ensure the best fit.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our customer care team will assist you as quickly as possible.
