Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order items
- Final sale items
- Accessories and intimate garments (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 – Return Approval
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Step 3 – Send Back Your Item
Return your item using a local shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will prioritise a solution for you as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost return parcels without tracking
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
